Nokkrar greinar eftir sérfræðinga um þjóðarmorð

Ég tók saman örfáar skýrslur og greinar þar sem útskýrt er hvers vegna Ísrael telst hafa framið þjóðarmorð á Gaza (og er enn að). Tilefnið er auðvitað siðlaus og ómarktækur málflutningur sumra íslenskra stjórnmálamanna.

Á eftirfarandi lista eru nokkrar greinar, skýrslur og yfirlýsingar sem útskýra ástæður þess að árás Ísraels á Gaza uppfyllir skilyrði um þjóðarmorð. Á listanum eru annars vegar greinar eftir fólk sem hefur skrifað fræðilegar bækur og greinar um þjóðarmorð og kennt í háskólum, og hins vegar skýrslur stofnanna Sameinuðu þjóðanna, mannréttindasamtaka og samtaka fræðafólks á sviði þjóðarmorða. Hér eru ekki með vísanir í viðamikil málskjöl Suður-Afríku sem rekur mál gegn Ísrael fyrir Alþjóðadómstólnum með stuðningi margra ríkja. Hér eru bæði fræðilegar greinar og efni fyrir almenning, auk tveggja yfirlýsinga fyrir bandarískum dómstól. Því má bæta við að þjóðarmorðsfræðingar vara við því að láta viðbrögð við þessari hryllilegu árás Ísraels á Gaza ráðast af því hvort það takist að sanna sekt ríkisins fyrir dómstólum því það sé út af fyrir sig hluti af glæpnum að snúa honum upp í deilu um tæknileg lagaleg atriði.
